Your luxury holiday villa is set in a secure, fully gated, private Community. The owners - Alan & Hazel Evans - live next door for most of the year. Always on hand for advice and information if you need it. With full air-con and all facilities for chilling out, Casa Verano is simply perfect for couples or families with children. 

There is a full, government Touristic Licence - only villas with this can legally rent for short term holidays. Many great reviews also earned it a top 5 Star Rating from TripAdvisor year after year. 

The warm, luxury, curved pool and waterfall are very child friendly with easy access. Be assured that your pool heating system is the best - combination solar AND electric heating means your pool is always at the best temperature. The pool is a salt water system for healthy bathing and child safety. There are 3 shaded areas to curl up with a drink for a break from sunbathing.

Reckon on about 12 minutes stroll to the centre of Playa Blanca, its shops, eating places and beach. There is 3 supermarket and a Tapas Bar just 5 minutes away. Few guests ever bother hiring a car - unless they want to tour around. If you do hire, private, secure parking is a few yards from the villa.

You get a great, free TV package - all British TV channels (and hundreds more) including all SKY. Sky Sports included. Over 2,000 streaming movies and over 250 full box sets. Lots of children's programmess too.

Of course, fast, internet/WIFI. At least 100 books for you to curl up with. Original art on the walls. AND we have filtered water on tap - so no more trips to the supermarket for water. A child's cot and high chair are free, if required,

Comfortable beds in 2 bedrooms. Two singles in one room and a double in the other. An ensuite extra bathroom attached to one bedroom. There is further family bathroom with bath and bidet. A well equipped, open plan kitchen. A luxury, dual-heated pool with its volcanic stone waterfall and two sun terraces and BBQ at this lovely villa will make your holiday truly memorable. Large, mature tropical gardens. Sea views to the front and the beautiful Femes mountains to the side. This is the one for that very special holiday.
